Lisa Hendrickson-Jack is a Certified Fertility Awareness Educator, author of The Fifth Vital Sign, co-author of Real Food for Fertility, and host of the long-running Fertility Friday Podcast.

With over 20 years experience in the field, Lisa’s work has been instrumental in shifting how the menstrual cycle is understood — challenging its cultural and clinical dismissal and reframing it as foundational health information rather than something to suppress or overlook.
