Inside FAI’s Fertility Awareness Mastery Mentorship™
Certification

Yes, you can learn how to teach your clients the fundamentals of fertility awareness cycle charting, but what happens when their cycles fall outside normal parameters?
Irregular ovulation. Persistent PMS, period pain, luteal phase issues, fertility challenges — this is where most fertility awareness educator training programs fall short.
There has never been a fertility awareness training program that truly prepares you to both teach cycle charting and work confidently with complex, real-world charts — until now. That’s why we founded the Fertility Awareness InstituteⓇ.
FAMM is the only fertility awareness certification program that integrates both of these essential components:

The Training Gap No One’s
Talking About
Despite years of education in women’s health, hormones, and reproductive medicine, most practitioners graduate with massive gaps in their understanding of fertility awareness and menstrual cycle analysis.
You’re not alone if your previous training either glossed over it or didn’t cover it at all.
Comprehensive fertility awareness education is simply not a standard part of women’s health training.
Did you know…
This presents an incredible opportunity for you!
Even though most health professionals haven’t received formal fertility awareness training, that certainly hasn’t stopped the word from getting out.
A recent survey found that 43% of women expressed interest in using fertility awareness for health monitoring, and 50-61% were interested in learning these methods for family planning. [5, 6, 7]
The field is changing, and so is the way women want to be supported. You’ve likely noticed that more of your clients are asking you about their cycles, hormones, or even expecting you to know how to read their charts.
As more practitioners enter the “women’s health and hormone” space, most lack the specialized training to use the menstrual cycle as a clinical tool.
And that’s where you’ll stand out.
When you can confidently interpret charts, identify hormonal imbalances from cycle patterns, and provide evidence-based cycle support — you’re offering something most providers simply can’t.
Understanding the menstrual cycle and its connection to health is no longer “optional” for women’s health professionals
— it’s essential.

Lisa Hendrickson-Jack
Lisa Hendrickson-Jack is a Certified Fertility Awareness Educator, author of The Fifth Vital Sign, co-author of Real Food for Fertility, and host of the long-running Fertility Friday Podcast.
With over 20 years experience in the field, Lisa’s work has been instrumental in shifting how the menstrual cycle is understood — challenging its cultural and clinical dismissal and reframing it as foundational health information rather than something to suppress or overlook.
Her books have played a pivotal role in bringing fertility awareness and cycle literacy into mainstream women’s health conversations worldwide, influencing both practitioners and the women they serve.
For decades, health professionals have largely overlooked the female reproductive and hormone cycle as a source of clinical insight — often defaulting to generalized advice without a complete understanding of fertility awareness-based methods or menstrual cycle physiology.

The Fertility Awareness InstituteⓇ and its signature
Fertility Awareness Mastery Mentorship™ Certification were founded to close this critical gap in professional training.
Through rigorous, evidence-based education, FAI prepares women’s health professionals to apply insights gleaned from advanced menstrual cycle analysis in practice. Our work reflects a new standard — one that recognizes the menstrual cycle as central to understanding women’s health.
