8. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refund eligibility for our Fertility Awareness Mastery MentorshipTM Certification is as follows:

  • FAMM may offer a 7-day refund window from the date of enrollment unless explicitly marked as non-refundable.
  • After 7 days, no refunds will be provided.
  • Once digital materials have been accessed or services delivered, refunds may be denied.

Payment plans are binding commitments. If you enroll in a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless a refund is granted within the allowable period.

9. PRACTITIONER DIRECTORY DISCLAIMER

The Fertility Awareness Institute® may provide a directory of practitioners (“Directory”) for informational purposes.

No Endorsement

Listing in the Directory does not constitute:

  • endorsement
  • certification of medical competence
  • supervision
  • guarantee of services

Practitioners are independent professionals solely responsible for their own services.

No Liability

Fertility Friday Publishing Inc. is not liable for:

  • practitioner-client interactions
  • advice or services provided
  • outcomes or disputes
  • any damages arising from use of the Directory

You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging any practitioner.

10. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
